Thomas Fogarty Winery Shipping Policy
NOTICE: Please note that your order should be processed within 24 hours. For states other than CA, NV, OR and WA, we ship only on Monday or Tuesday of each week so that your wine does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend and risk being over-heated and/or compromised. Your shipment may be delayed for this reason. 3 day shipping is preferred to those states for this purpose. 2 Day and overnight delivery are available for rush options. -Someone age 21 or older must be available to sign for delivery of wine. Shipping to a business is preferred if available.
Temperature/Weather Concerns: To preserve the quality of the wine, we may hold/delay a shipment due to weather concerns. You will be notified by phone or email if delaying shipping is recommended. SHIPPING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have no control over weather or handling of your wine once it leaves our facility.
States Where We Ship: AZ, AK, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NB, NC, NV, NH, NM, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, DC, WI, WY. If you do not see your state listed, please note that we are in process of applying for additional state shipping licenses where possible. Once any new states are approved for direct shipping, they will be listed online.
